Full Time Senior Ecologist
If you are an ecologist with at least two years experience since entering the industry and are interested in joining our Kent or Sussex office. The ideal candidate will have a graduate/post graduate degree in related topic, be a member of CIEEM, hold 1 or more protected species licence/s, be experienced in a range of field surveys, the production of professional reports and plans using QGIS, have experience putting together EPSML, undertaking biodiversity net gain assessments and managing projects including liaison with clients.

We are looking for Ecologists and Field Ecologists to provide support in the upcoming season, it is set to be another busy ecology season for Bakerwell Ltd with some exciting projects! We’re looking to build a diverse support team who have a range of experience levels and skillsets.
We carry out a wide range of field surveys over the survey season, such as surveys and mitigation schemes for reptiles, bats, great crested newts, birds and badgers. We are also looking for support with bat sound analysis, report writing and data analysis. In addition, we are also currently working on a number of sites requiring Biodiversity Net Gain assessments and enhancement.
Applicants must hold a relevant degree and full driving licence with their own vehicle.

Ecology survey work will require working irregular hours, with occasional overnight stays away from home.
