ARCC launched their 2017 challenge to provide ideas for an office roof top green infrastructure as building service design at Eco-build. The Adaption and Resilience in the Context of Change (ARCC) challenge is open to teams, students, practitioners and researchers.

This is a joint challenge between ARCC and the Chartered Institution of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE). Organisers are looking for designs that demonstrate the benefits of green infrastructure, indoor and outdoor, and that can add to the health and well-being of staff, add to productivity as well as deliver benefits to the buildings performance and climatic resilience.

Although aimed at landscape architects and engineers, we believe that this is also a biodiversity challenge. If you are interested, you need to watch the ARCC technical briefing. Visit to register for the webinar.
